Taste Burgundy wines

The object of this work is intended to guide, to accompany, to introduce the consumer, the amateur and wine lover, the pleasures of wine tasting.

The choice of the editor is clear:

• On one hand, to present the detailed mapping of 5 vineyards of Burgundy, from north to south,
  thanks to a color code. This allows you to easily locate the various levels of the AOC appellations (Controlled Appellations) on each vineyard. (% of white and red wine). The key to the classification
  system.

• On the other hand, text that is pleasant to read describing with methodology the three senses:  visual, olfactory, gustatory, and indispensable to tasting wine. It allows you to gain knowledge of essential gestures and of the way to express your emotions created by these wines, with simple and precise words.

The reverse side of the cards reveals the rich aromatic palette of Burgundy wines and examples
of appellations that bear the imprint of the terroir and its personality.
The orign of Aromas

The main strength is its original format, pocket-sized, which spreads out like a palette of a color
chart. A tool easy to consult in any situation: at table between friends, when purchasing wine at a wine-cellar, during tasting etc....

This collection is open to other vineyards: Côtes du Rhône, Bordeaux....
